Who we are
We See You Wellness is an early-stage venture founded by Suzanne Freyjadis, Bri F. Aguirre, and Ulf Freyjadis. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at hello@weseeyouwellness.com.
What we collect
We collect personal data in three ways on this site:

| Hosting | Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) collected automatically by our hosting provider, Netlify, as part of operating and securing the site. |
Why we collect it, and our legal basis
- Responding to your inquiry (contact form): to reply to your message. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries directed to us, or steps taken at your request prior to entering an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
- Sending newsletter updates: only where you've actively opted in via the signup popup. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time (see below).
- Operating and securing the site (hosting logs): our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers ("processors") to run this site. We don't sell personal data to anyone, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.

Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area (such as Netlify), we rely on that provider's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent legally recognized safeguard for the transfer.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow-up period, typically no more than 24 months, unless a longer working relationship develops. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — once incorporated, this will be the Finnish Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman; in the meantime, you may also contact the supervisory authority in your own EU country of residence.
